my mission

Welcome! I'm Mariah, a certified Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with over 500 hours of specialized training from a state licensed school: the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy.

My journey with hypnotherapy began in 2008, but life had a different detour it needed to take my humanitarian heart first. It lead me to homeless outreach, linking families with CPS cases to services, educating kids in rural Mexico, and curating meditations on wellness apps for millions. With a B.S. in Psychology from FSU, the mind and it's ability to create your reality, has always been a fascination of mine. On my route to find the root of the disconnect, I kept asking:

What is the most effective way to help others return to wholeness?

 

A year dedicated to turning down the noise and delving into the freedom of art led me back to hypnotherapy, and grief from a passing family member solidified it.

 

I now understand that it all begins in the mind, where thoughts ferment into negative beliefs, manipulating our behaviors, and clouding the lenses in which we see reality. Since then, I've dedicated my life to supporting others in relieving themselves from the blockages, beliefs and behaviors that have kept them stuck for far too long.
